This includes schools, clinics, shopping centres, gyms, spas and exquisite hotels. Each Key Resorts offers a network of traffic links, supplies and facilities unmatched elsewhere. All roads are constructed to UN Standard 127001 and are always completed well before work on the buildings begins. This lets you travel freely through any resort and view the progress of your construction project for yourself. Each resort offers pavements that are one metre wider than the Spanish norm, under palm-lined avenues that invite you to stroll and explore. Systems geared to provide excellent safety in case of emergencies include a dense grid of fire hydrants and an elaborate drainage system. Electricity cables, gas lines and high-tech fibre-optic cables are laid underground – which is safer as well as more aesthetically pleasing.
